Order Processing:
At PromoMission, we prioritize the quality and customisation of your orders. Please be aware that once your product visual or sample has been approved, changes are not permissible once production begins. It is essential to finalise all specifications during the sampling stage. Once production commences, the responsibility shifts to the buyer, and acceptance of the goods is expected as per our agreement.
We adhere to a strict No Return policy for custom-printed and bespoke items. The bespoke nature of these products, including personalised prints, renders them non-returnable as they are tailored precisely to your specifications and cannot be resold.
Damaged or Faulty Orders:
Should you receive an order that has incurred damage during transit, kindly notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Similarly, for any orders deemed faulty, please inform us within 7 days of receiving the items. We urge you to thoroughly inspect your order upon receipt. If you identify any defects, damages, or receive incorrect items, please contact us immediately. This enables us to promptly assess the issue and take appropriate measures to rectify it.
