How ordering works, and timing

Send us your product choice, quantity and artwork. We'll send a free digital mock-up and confirm pricing, branding options and lead time with your quote, then go into production once you approve.

Most Christmas products have a lead time of two to three weeks from artwork approval. If you need goods before mid-December, ordering after mid-November gets tight. If you have a firm deadline, tell us at the start. We'll be honest about what's achievable before you commit.

Prices exclude delivery, VAT and duties.

What is the minimum order?
Most Christmas products start at 100 units, and premium gift sets start at 25. We'll confirm the minimum for your chosen product with your quote.

Will I see how my logo looks before production?
Yes. We send a free digital mock-up before anything is made.

Can you match our brand colours?
On many products, yes. Pantone matching is available where the product and print method allow it, and we'll confirm the options with your quote.

Can I order more than one product?
Yes. Plenty of organisations order ornaments for clients, hats for event staff and blankets for senior gifts as part of one project. Each product has its own minimum quantity.

Do you have eco-friendly Christmas options?
